VEHICLE CLEANING/ DAMAGE
In duration of hiring a vehicle you are responsible for vehicle interior. Client will get charged $150 add up to the billing which requires clean up services for excessive mess. $500 will be charged for any damage to vehicle interior (breakage, burn, tear, while opening door hit another car) depend on incident.
SMOKING, DRUG ALCOHOL
Vehicles shall not be used for illegal activities. Alcohol consumption or drug use is prohibited in any of our vehicle and is against the law.
LOST OR STOLEN
Our Limo Taxi is not responsible for any lost or stolen personnel belongings, If anything left in car there will be an extra charge for delivery for returning that left item.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS
Our Limo Taxi shall not to responsible for bad weather, road traffic, road conditions, break down to car or any mechanical issues that might result to not complete the job as required.
Terms & Conditions:
- * All Rates are subject to 13% HST (Govt Tax)
- * Any Pre-Paid Reservation are subject to 15% Driver Gratuity
- * 407 Toll Highway Charges are not included in the above Rates
- * $10 Charge per enroute stop for Towncar Sedan Transfer
- * $15 Charge per enroute stop for SUV Transfer
- * $25 Charge per enroute stop for Stretch Limousine Transfer
- * Please add Toronto Pearson Airport MOT Fee: $15.00 (Towncar, Mercedes & SUV’s) [Applies to Airport Pick-Up only]
Cancellation Policy & Associated Charges:
- * Any Changes, Re-scheduling, Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled pick up time or 50% fee will apply.
- * Any Cancellation at the time of scheduled pick up will be charged in full including taxes.
- * All No-Shows (Including airport arrivals, Meet & Greet, Took wrong car etc.) will be charged in full including taxes.

- We accept all major Credits Cards, US Dollars and provide monthly billing for our regular clients.
